because displayed like this is just wrong. either you explain that its the change address from the sender or you are not displaying it like this.

You can't know if that's change or not.
You can only display "own" and "foreigns" or simply display own addresses, which seems to make more sense.
So in the case of an incoming transaction, algorithm should be amended to only display own addresses, internal or not. This would fix the other issue about self spending as well.
