I forgot I have
"SkipSynchronization": true, so maybe less of a priority but still weird
It is not less priority, tweaking the wallet file of course can cause unexpected results. If you set it to true you will be on the home screen even if the wallet state is Starting which means transactions will be processed while you are on the home screen.
Normally that flag can only be true until you generate a receive address which means an empty wallet.
Reopen if you can reproduce the issue with the flag set to false.
