review_response_letter's Issues

Create a document class

First of all, thanks for the templates. It's beautiful and well constructed. The result is so wonderful and clear and I will use for both reviewing and answering reviews of my papers.

My suggestion - and I could help a little bit on it -- is to create a document class for LaTeX to be included in TeXLive and MikTeX distributions. I don't know how this could be extended to use in Pandoc (I have to verify), but this would be an awesome feature and much more easy to use and to spread this on the academic community.

Figures as supplementary

I think the preamble could have something like this:

\renewcommand{\thefigure}{S\arabic{figure}}

This makes the Figures to go like: Figure S1, Figure S2, and so on. Or maybe another letter (R for revision?).

Thank you!

No number on section and subsection

Thank you for the nice templates.
I have one problem on the AR_to_RC.tex template. It compiles without error but there is no numbering for sections and subsections.

Any idea on this?
