Single_proc_gazebo.launch does not subscribe to any topic

Hi all,
Thanks for the useful package you guys prepared. I was trying to run the autorally example and i managed to launch everything so far. However I cannot run the decimation nodlet.
I tried running:
roslaunch imitation_learning_autorally single_proc_gazebo.launch

For some reason, niether left nor right decimator nodlet wants to subscribe to any topic.
Node [/left_decimator]. rostopic info gives me the following:
