comma10k-baseline's Issues

Pretrained model download

Hey,

thank you for writing elegant repo for trying out comma10k dataset. Is it possible to add pretrained model on bigger/smaller images to test it out before training a 3 day adventure. Thank you ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Suggest to loosen the dependency on albumentations

Dear developers,

Your project comma10k-baseline requires "albumentations==0.5.2" in its dependency. After analyzing the source code, we found that the following versions of albumentations can also be suitable without affecting your project, i.e., albumentations 0.5.1. Therefore, we suggest to loosen the dependency on albumentations from "albumentations==0.5.2" to "albumentations>=0.5.1,<=0.5.2" to avoid any possible conflict for importing more packages or for downstream projects that may use ddos_script.

May I pull a request to further loosen the dependency on albumentations?

By the way, could you please tell us whether such dependency analysis may be potentially helpful for maintaining dependencies easier during your development?

Details:

Your project (commit id: cb52878) directly uses 26 APIs from package albumentations.

albumentations.augmentations.transforms.ISONoise.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.RandomSunFlare.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.ElasticTransform.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.MotionBlur.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.Resize.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.OpticalDistortion.__init__, albumentations.core.composition.Compose.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.CLAHE.__init__, albumentations.imgaug.transforms.IAASharpen.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.RandomContrast.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.RandomSnow.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.GridDistortion.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.PadIfNeeded.__init__, albumentations.core.composition.OneOf.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.Lambda.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.Cutout.__init__, albumentations.core.composition.Compose.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.RandomBrightness.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.RandomFog.__init__, albumentations.imgaug.transforms.IAAAdditiveGaussianNoise.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.RandomGamma.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.HueSaturationValue.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.ShiftScaleRotate.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.Blur.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.RandomRain.__init__, albumentations.augmentations.transforms.HorizontalFlip.__init__

Beginning fromwhich, 13 functions are then indirectly called, including 12 albumentations's internal APIs and 1 outsider APIs as follows:

Since all these functions have not been changed between any version for package "albumentations" from [0.5.1] and 0.5.2. Therefore, we believe it is safe to loosen the corresponding dependency.

Error when when using provided checkpiont

I get "AssertionError: Images not found" when using the provided checkpoint (epoch.28_val_loss.0.0439.ckpt) to predict masks. Works fine when I I use my own checkpoint. I'm using pytorch 1.7.

No pretict masks output

error
Hi,i am trying to predict imgs with using predict_folder.py
It doesn't look wrong but after command,there is still nothing in the folder {predicted_masks}
Could you help me solve it?
Any comments are greatly appreciated
Thank you
