qmake and build (starlab-mcfskel)

hi.
I have encountered a problem in the section(qmake and build) and I don't know how to do it.
I get these errors when selecting the option Build>Runqmake.
qt2
and I get these errors when selecting the option Build>Run project mcfskel
qt1
Thank you for your help,I got really tired of trying different ways to show the skeleton of 3D shapes
I also tried the site and got the output like the picture
z6
, but I want to have the 3D view of the skeleton like the picture
z7
Any little help is really helpful

Fix the collapse procedure

There is a bug that sometimes prevents the surface_to_skeleton filter to
convert the
degenerate manifold into a network of curves.

It would be simpler to remove the skeleton_model and instead use a temp model
for the execution of the filter (no wing-edge required)

Linux build error

I tried to build it under linux (Ubuntu 16) but I get this error:

Project ERROR: CHOLMOD (suitesparse) not found! sudo apt-get install libsuitesparse-dev
17:48:18: The process "/usr/bin/qmake-qt4" exited with code 2.
Error while building/deploying project mcfskel (kit: Qt4)
When executing step "qmake"

The mentioned lib,ibsuitesparse-dev, is already installed in my system. It would be nice to use CMake as it helps in finding and linking required libraries.

Port degeneracy detection code

Currently the code that detect degeneracies in the code is outdated and does
not use the exact procedure reported in the paper (checking genus of
neighborhood). This should be fixed and will also result in better
convergence.

Crash when trying to compute MCF skeleton

Hi,

I attempted using the Mac OS executable to compute the mean curvature flow skeleton of a simple object. I was able to compute the voronoi diagram fine, but then it crashed when I tried running the MCF skeleton afterward.

Here is the output from lldb:

[VOROMAT] 576 ms
dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found: dpotrf
Referenced from: /Applications/Starlab 2.app/plugins/libmcfskel.dylib
Expected in: /System/Library/Frameworks/Accelerate.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/vecLib.framework/Versions/A/libBLAS.dylib

Expected in: /System/Library/Frameworks/Accelerate.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/vecLib.framework/Versions/A/libBLAS.dylib

I'm on Mac OS X 10.12.4. Possibility the executable is from too long ago?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
