CMake Error: add_custom_target cannot create target "ament_cmake_python_copy_lidar_auto_docking" because another target with the same name already exists.

Hi,

I'm trying to compile this package in ROS 2 Humble, but I'm getting this error:

  "ament_cmake_python_copy_lidar_auto_docking" because another target with
  the same name already exists.  The existing target is a custom target
  created in source directory "/home/user/ros2_ws/src/lidar_auto_docking".

Maybe this is a Humble specific thing or a configuration in the CMakeLists.txt that my Humble installation isn't linking?
