Scale cards on hover

The image in cards in the "Our Genres" and "Our Events" sections must smoothly scale to 1.25 time its size on hover.
The rest of the content of the webpage must not be affected from the scaling.

Change email and mobile number to links

The email and mobile number in the end section must be converted to links using mailto and tel
The website should remain the same from the design aspect other than the email and mobile number having a pointer cursor.

Fix Horizontal Scrollbar Responsive issue

Describe the bug
Horizontal scrollbar in Genres and Events section not visible on screen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Open Developer tools, and set screen size to: 768px by 1937px
  2. On Genres and Events section, horizontal scrollbar is pushed out of view.

Expected behavior
Horizontal Scrollbar should be in view. This can be seen at screen size: 768px by 1322px. This brings the horizontal scrollbar in view.
