Ideally this shouldn't be CDK specific as apps may not deploy via CDK. We want a way of getting info from a package to given details on a PR? Maybe via a script command? How do we get the output of a script (or a file?) to the PR in a logical way using Nx affected?

If https://github.com/marketplace/actions/sticky-pull-request-comment worked with a file matcher instead of a specific file then it could just run and scan all output for a pattern match. Then the deploy command could just output a file that matched this?

Will be nice to have it format the JSON as MD to make it prettier however.
