As a first step in unstructured grid generation, be able to create a triangulation of a set of points. Unstructured grid generation in 2D follows by adding in points on the boundary of geometries and the boundary of the "Scene". Then a triangulation can be done on a random set of points generated throughout the domain, plus the boundary points. Refinements can be made either by adding higher density of points before triangulation, or by refining cells after triangulation

The use of shared_ptr in the constructor makes the instantiation of these things really complicated and (most of all) ugly

need to correctly define the isLeftImp function for CircleSegment...

in XML input files, allow reference to other xml files

write a CSG model to XML (and read back). Will be useful for changing geometry without recompile
