maple-bootloader's Issues

Writing a serial bootloader

Hello @mbolivar ,
I'm currently trying to write a serial bootloader and I discovered your serial-boot branch that includes the usb serial
I've changed the LED, BUTTON & DISC pin because I'm trying it on a Maple Mini, but it seems that my computer can't enumerate the USB device, I'm getting like "Device not responding to setup address" in my syslog
Do you have any idea what I'm missing?

Different boards can not be built using Makefile targets

It seems very strange that this repo contains a different branch for each target e.g. Maple, Maple mini etc

Wouldn't it be better to have one unified source with #defines in the Makefile for the Port and Pin numbers of DISC pin and the LED etc

So that a bootloader could be built by using Make maple-mini or Maple maple-rev3 etc

Impossible to compile with GCC 4.9

I've been trying for several hours to get the maple bootloader to compile with GCC 4.9 which, for some reason, seems to be impossible. Even with "-O0" the resulting binary doesn't work. I did several tries to find the problem but failed so far.

Unable to build for Maple mini

Hi
I can't see any config settings etc that would allow the bootloader to be built for the Maple mini.

Looking at the schematics the Maple and Maple mini dont use the same GPIO pin for the DISC or the Button (and probably not the LED either)

I can't see a specific Maplemini-bootloader repo either

Do I have to modify the GPIO pin value to allow it to build for the Maple mini ?
