This issue is caused by the script being totally unable to skip over a missing brick. (or section) It will just fail silently and claim that it was successful. The script badly needs a rewrite in (at least) the parse function.

Switched Milestone to 1.2, due to the fact that if the script is rewritten properly, this should be fixed.
