During my study, I am not sure how to draw the circle graph in Fig.1b. Could you provide the corresponding plot script?
I do not known how to set the dieogram for differenct species.

I want to follow the "perfect-copy" phylogenomics pipline in my analysis, but the tool "groupBy" can not be found as I run :
cat $sp.Osa.blocks|sort -k2|groupBy -g 2 -c 1,1 -o count,distinct|awk -v num=$a '{ if( $2==num) print $0}'|cut -f 1,3 |sed -e 's/,/\t/g' >$sp.block
the erro is,
-bash: groupBy: command not found
Could you provide the tool "groupBy" or tell me how to install it?
