Add an editor for changing the marker name and marker settings.

When a layer is added to the globe, it is appended to the end of the WorldWindow's layers list. It would be better to place it at the end of the given category--i.e., inserting it into the WorldWindow's layers list. This enhancement would allow ad hoc layers to be drawn in the proper rendering order.
