I can only affect hunger and thirst by eating/drinking at locations from Immersive Interactions.
But I also use Bobbert's Buffs, which changes the effects of these items. So maybe that's the problem?

Hunger has never been an issue but I swear every time I play its random as to whether or not thirst/fatigue will be broken. Just now I was standing still in a apartment watching fatigue increase 1% every 5 to 10 seconds. The previous session I died while at a wardrobe from thirst. It was going up at the same rate. I've tried resetting the settings to default and changing the cost/reserve values. Nothing seems to change. Either thirst or fatigue is always off. I really love the survival mod and desperately want to get it working. Any advice for what I could do to fix it or give you more info? Thanks

I had a quick look at all the other FonWasH forks, and there is only this one that has commits ahead of you. Thought you might want to do a pull request and bring them into your repo?

More of a question than an issue - do you know why fatigue poolMax in Easy and Hard are 108, while in Normal its 756? (Normal.lua line 99)

V's edge runner mansion - All fatigue reducing actions here are broken even though the amm coordinates(few that i looked atleast) look to be the same as the positions.lua

Lizzies bar enhanced - shower/bed, user reported. haven't had the chance to test myself
