  • What your weight/capacity was at the time? Were you carrying a lot of inventory?
  • Did you drink any alcohol?
  • Can you confirm what other mods you are running?

I had no idea weight could affect fatigue but that makes total sense. I'm usually under half most of the time though. I'll use whatever liquid is needed for the situation, but when the fatigue goes crazy I use alcohol to keep me alive till I reach a shower. I'll use the shower till it hits zero then restart my game. Its not every time I play that it happens. I can't figure out what I might be doing to cause it but I'll pay attention to weight from now on as well.
Mods I'm using
Immersive Bar and food vendors
Scissors difficulty mod
Scaling difficulty mod
Enhanced Weather mod

I haven't used those mods you've mentioned, so I can't comment on what effect they have (although I'd rule out Enhanced Weather).

I have noticed how much weight I'm carrying and stamina use seems to effect things. Also, once you start drinking alcohol to offset fatigue, your thirst will go through the roof - and you never seem to fully recover using this method.

My routine - I usually sleep (1hr is enough - you get XP bonus), then shower (you get health bonus), eat, drink and go do a mission. During the mission, if I'm carrying heaps of inventory/using stamina I've noticed fatigue, hunger and thirst start to accelerate. On long missions, I'll have to drink about 5 bottles of alcohol and 1 normal drink to get low fatigue again - but it usually goes back up pretty quick after it.

I've just submitted a patch to Warlord to allow resting in cars.

I'm not sure why but I've found restarting my game seems to help. The fatigue management hasn't been bad enough to make me stop using the mod. I've paid attention to the inventory and while it may be a factor on fatigue, I've just accepted that once it starts shooting up fast that I need to do a sleep/game reset. It reminds me of what a memory leak feels like. Where fps will just get worse until you restart. Whatever the case maybe I'm still enjoying the mod and the car resting will only help. So thanks for that!
