Would it be possible to add a Strawberry player icon into this set?

I changed gnome-shell.css to match my font and font size (Tw Cen MT 11). But then some icons in the topbar and user menu became small, eg. brightness, volume and wifi icon (battery icon is fine).

In case of font-size: 10.5pt; Everything is ok.

Paper icon theme doesn't have this issue.

After installing follows the instruction, the themes does not seems to installed correctly.

I am running a Debian 11 with LXDE desktop

The - and + icons seem to be missing from the latest release. Current theme installed is Vimix dark (Paper).

The cursor appears as the "KDE Classic" scheme (most likely a KDE fallback) on parts of the workspace including the desktop, titlebars, and task switcher view.

I'm running the latest KDE neon, and my launcher and trash plasmoids are tiny with any of the Vimix icon themes.

You can see in the image that the launcher and trash icons are tiny compared to everything else on the panel.

I've tested using the Vimix KDE theme with different icons and it fixes the problem, so the issue is definitely with the icon theme, I really hope this can be fixed soon, I loved Vimix-Ruby as my default setup when I was on GNOME, and the KDE version would be perfect if those icons were the proper size.

I am using folder-color-nautilus-git from AUR. Although many popular icons sets such as Papyrus, Flattery and even Tela has support for changing folder icon color. It will be helpful if support for the available colours is also added to this Vimix icon set.

Is there any chance of support for Folder Color?

I suggest adding icons for the zstd archive mimetype, application-zstd and application-x-zstd-compressed-tar.

I am running mate-compiz fedora 28 desktop. the gtk theme works fine but when I try installing icon theme by running the install script I get the error

update-icon-caches command not found

Starting any GTK app will show a warning similar to the following

(lxappearance:1447624): Gtk-WARNING **: 23:10:59.894: Theme directory 32@2x/devices of theme Vimix-Ruby-dark has no size field

The theme mentioned is always the one that is currently selected.

The battery icon constantly shows "Full" until it reaches 50%, when the pictogram shows a 75% full battery, and so on until 0, where a 25% battery pictogram is shown.

This is quite misleading

There are missing distributor icons for Void Linux, Gentoo and EndeavourOS. Perhaps you can add them :)

Would a current release be able to be made? I am interested in packaging this icon theme for Clear Linux and a current release would make it a little easier to track changes as opposed to a commit.

I noticed an error in the install script. Line 115 "update-icon-caches" not found. I think it should be "gtk-update-icon-cache", universal way in GNOME, the command you provide seems to be Ubuntu only.

When I try to open VLC it just doesn't start and gives this error:

Gdk-Message: vlc: Fatal IO error 2 (No such file or directory) on X server :0.0.

Supposedly to this topic in the Debian forums, it is because of "incorrect icon set"

Going from grey to a color to symbolize empty to full makes a lot of sense. I think the color green might make more sense than the color used at the moment.

Green seems to be the default color associated with recycling. And, whereas in other cases, I love your subtlety, here, I think a slightly stronger indicator that the trash is full is warranted.

I noticed that Evolution composer toolbar shows a wrong emblem-important icon which forces the toolbar to expand:

I just checked out latest git and ran ./install.sh. Only Vimix and Vimix dark were installed, no Beryl or Ruby, etc. Are they still available to install? I've encountered the same problem with vimix gtk as well.

I use Parcellite as my clipboard manager. Within the LXQt panel, however, Parcellite's icon is being forced to load scalable/apps/evolution-tasks.svg for some strange reason.

Parcellite ships with icon files that are stored in /usr/share/pixmaps:

/usr/share/pixmaps/parcellite.png
/usr/share/pixmaps/parcellite.svg
/usr/share/pixmaps/parcellite.xpm

I have reviewed all other icon themes I have installed as well as the inherited hicolor theme and there are no references to Parcellite icons anywhere. Parcellite also makes it possible to test which icon is being used from within its GUI - this confirms that it is being forced to use evolution-tasks:
