/xlrepos completely takes over my internet connection as it loads all the repos, admittedly with the upside that repository loading is much faster now

Not sure if intended, but thought i'd point this out incase its not intended behavior :p

I have no real info to provide sadly, if there is something I can do to produce an error code or debug let me know.

for an unknown amount of time (only tried recently in several months) the config button in Plugins or typing /xlrepos does not do anything, no menu or error.

There are various repos with both base_repo.json and repo.json files.

Usually the base_repo.json versions fail to install, and can break updates since 1.0.0.0 is higher than various other versions that currently exist, like Lmeter and Penumbra which use 0.x.x.x

Filtering out base_repo.json should fix this.

Would it be possible to update to use latest API, thank you!

If u try to refresh the repository list, it empties it and stays blank.

I have checked the dalamud logs for errors, this ones always appears when trying to refresh:

Already tried to reinstall the plugin, restart game, etc...
Dalamud version: 7.0.0.8 eb12fe8
Plugin ver: 2.0.3.0

When I press the reload button, no more entries are displayed.

I have this error in the log:

With the amount of strange forks and developer-unaffiliated repos popping up in xivplugins.com, it would be awesome if we could blacklist entries in the plugin. The option to remove entries from the blacklist could be in the configuration tab.

If I replace an https://raw.githubusercontent.com repo with an https://github.com repo the plugins within that repo become orphaned with the error message "This plugin's source repository is no longer available." in the /xlplugins menu.

I was just trying to restore the check marks in the repo browser for the repos I already have added since the repositories in the browser changed to the https://github.com URLs not long ago.

Was getting this with your repository too. I've reverted back to the https://raw.githubusercontent.com URLs for the repositories for now, but I have no check marks for any repos in the repo browser now.
