Also having this issue as of today. Upon opening the plugin I get a CTD without an error popup.

There seems to be a compatibility issue with the latest version of Penumbra. The only workaround for now is to disable Penumbra, restart and open the repo browser. You may reenable Penumbra afterwards, but this will only bypass the issue temporarily.
