The 3-3-12-QAT.ipynb doesn't work due to some changes in the library. The original TensorFlow notebook has some updates that fixes it.

Several of the exercises reference old URLs that are no longer valid.

e.g.:
https://storage.googleapis.com/laurencemoroney-blog.appspot.com/validation-horse-or-human.zip

vs.

https://storage.googleapis.com/learning-datasets/horse-or-human.zip

Fortunately someone was able to find the correct URL as above for https://colab.research.google.com/github/tinyMLx/colabs/blob/master/2-4-3-HorsesOrHumans.ipynb, however there are other locations that have similar problems (broken images in the course material pointing to the same blog.appspot.com location).

Could these be updated?
