Clarification
Update the readme file to notify that this implementation is of kmeans algorithm from the base and not using built in libraries like from SkLearn.
random clustering number generated by running the kmeans.py

While when I run kmeans.py, clustering number is generated randomly.I want to know how to generate the specified number of clustering.

There is an issure when I run your code directly.
at function assign_points
shortest = ()this initialization of the variable shortes will cause the error below
TypeError: '<' not supported between instances of 'float' and 'tuple'
so one way to solve this problem is to initialize the variable with a big integer.
