assert_panic_free doesn't work with cdylibs
Hi,
Was trying this out and discovered it won't work as is for a cdylib target, I think because the linker goes "missing symbol? I can live with that" for shared libraries:
$ nm target/release/libfil4prod.so | grep -B3 -A3 HEY

HEY! ACTUAL ERROR DOWN HERE!!! (sorry for that big mess up there) the compiler was unable to prove that some code passed to assert_panic_free is actually panic-free. Please ensure that optimizations are enabled.

I tried adding a #[link(name = "uh oh you might panic")] but then it always fails, it links it regardless of whether the trigger is used. Will try to see if I can come up with a different solution.
