This is the error that come throught while building up the project with docker; Is there any workaround for this?

My corrent docker-compose version is 1.24.1

Trying to execute here the example, but it does not work. I think it is because dev-net does not work anymore. How could I solve that? Are there any other networks to make the Digital Twin?
