This needs spatialite so I don't think I can run it on Zeit Now v2.

I can put together a very simple UI (probably one that just produces GeoJSON for you to copy-and-paste, although an advanced one could help you construct a pull request) using https://github.com/Leaflet/Leaflet.Editable - demo here: https://leaflet.github.io/Leaflet.Editable/example/index.html

The lake geometries - Bessie and Nessie - have a problem. Part of the joy of this project is the API which tells you if you are likely to see a beastie - but you won't ever get told about them unless you are actually out in a boat on the lake.

So... I'm going to add a new column, geometry_buffered, which stores the polygon with a 5 mile buffer on it. Then the API can work against that column instead and you'll get introduced to lake monsters if you are within 5 miles of their lakes.

It looks like this was the first time the build ran against Ubuntu xenial - the previous succeeding build ran against Ubuntu trusty.

Right now Travis is failing on pull requests because it's trying to deploy code to Now and doesn't have the token.

Travis should still attempt to build the database for pull requests (and fail if that script throws an exception).
