[Issue] Application stays open in background if closed during first run setup about stardew-valley-mod-manager HOT 3 CLOSED

Add following code to FormClosing event of both forms:

private void FirstRunSetup_Complete_FormClosed(object sender, FormClosedEventArgs e)
        {
            Application.Exit();
        }

This does not get executed when the form is "hidden" which is what happens when completing the setup.

Additionally, have made it so the completion of the setup goes to Splash.cs instead of MainPage, to avoid any errors from #18 if the user hasn't run SDV yet
