Not sure, but maybe possible with MPL's Quantize Tool already?
(supports stretch markers and SWS grooves at least).
(If not, honestly I'd see a a better chance to get it if you'd ask MPL if he'll add it than someone updating the SWS Groove tool, just my guess though. :))

Not a huge fan of the quantize tool, I gotta admit. It’s a very convoluted tool 🤓
