Master Degree in Computer Science
4 years Work Experience
Currently working as Senior Cloud Engineer. (US faces a very heavy shortage in Cloud Engineer)
Publication: Don't have but Currently working on 1 Research.

Am I eligible for EB2 NIW. as most of the lawyers they refuse to take my case.

I have one question I am a musician.I have been doing this for a long time.And used to actively participate in competitions had wins.And then I focused on music and listeners. Can I use enough old wins and publications?Approximately 2009. Does it matter?

If it is, wanted to know why you kept it short (its really good!), just don't know what the USCIS expects

One question: should recommendation letters be signed and scanned? Or just stating the name and contact info would be enough? Thank you.
