As requested by a user it would be useful to be able to download or display the secondary structure in dot-bracket notation.
The cWW base pairs are shown as ( and ) symbols, unpaired nucleotides are shown as . and pseudo knots (long-range cWW pairs) are shown as A/a, B/b characters to indicate the opening and closing pairs.
It would be really nice to have access to the 2D layout of the secondary structure. It would allow to exactly reproduce the layout, which would ease visualization in complementary tools / papers and referencing the information on PDBe for further exploration.
Thus could be done or by sharing the R2DT SVG output, or some other file format.
