This repository contains R codes used to perform the analysis in the "A glioma immune cell atlas identifies prognostic macrophage signatures and a novel immunotherapy target, S100A4" paper. The purpose of making the code available is for transparency and data analysis reproducibility.

Single-cell sequencing data was generated from human GBM patients using 10X platform and sequenced on Illumina.

Raw sequencing data (FASTQ) and processed 10X format matrix files can be found on GEO at GSE182109 series.
