loading document exception: Access denied, 403 about richdocuments HOT 8 OPEN

I think I ran in the same problem as you.
My richdocuments app got updated to 4.0.0 and became unavailable to connect to the latest collabora/code:23.05.4.2.1 docker version.
I had to revert to richdocuments 3.0.0 to make it work.

After much experimentation I was able to run coolwsd - ver 23.05.4.2-1 only on ownCloud version 10.10.0, all versions above do not work.

Thanks, in my case it does work with ownCloud 10.12.2.1 and richdocuments 3.0.0, but not richdocuments 4.0.0
