Changelog testing

• Settings -> Admin -> Additional has checkbox [ ] Enable Zotero for all users
  • when disabled, users can edit documents normally #527
  • when disabled, Settings -> Personal -> Additional says zotero integration is disabled.
  • When enabled, users see in Settings -> Pesonal -> Additional an entry field for their zotero private key and some instructions.
• very long or short zotero keys can be entered without problem.
• once entered, the zotero key should not be shown again, when the user re-visits Settings -> Pesonal -> Additional -> #528
• share a document with a guest user, see if they can set up a zotero connection.
  • select * from oc_preferences where appid = 'richdocuments';
• all new strings are translated to de, de_DE
  • need a transifex sync: "Collabora Online 22.05.10 and above required"
