e.g., lib/oregon_digital/derivatives/processors/image_processor.rb appears to want @image_transformer to be configurable, but there's no method/attr to set it outside the class.

It was copied from OD and should probably be a real delegator at the least, but a real refactor would be ideal. The method_missing bit could lead to issues with debugging.

Preferably one that ties in with our longer-term goals better than the quick hack I tossed together

See #53 - I broke everything for a bit, and we should discuss whether we want to hack AF::Base or what. Right now, only descendents of GenericAsset get noid magic, but ALL AF::Base objects try to use the uri decoding.
