It works again. We could invest more time and build work around rate limits and what API keys are used, but IMO time is better spend in investigating https://github.com/orgs/opral/discussions/2975, even though we stay with GitHub in the short term.
@jan.johannes If you agree, I will close this issue. Otherwise, we need to check where we pile up all the requests and formulate a plan to solve this issue like removing the Fink preview for public repos to always use the users GitHub key.

- Only logging in and refreshing solve the problem at the moment
- The repo loads correctly, but the 403 error is added as an lix error and the error card is shown
- Does not occur in development
