CPU usage

Be reasonably sure the issues described in calref#227, calref#321, and calref#372 are fixed

This is almost fixed in my release branch's new github workflow, by building all the dependencies from source, which is probably something we don't want to do in normal CI builds. That workflow might not be contributed back upstream anytime soon, so the issue may end up closed on this fork and not the upstream.

Linux build package all dependencies except zenity

As discussed in calref#373, the Linux build should contain all the library dependencies, excluding zenity, either dynamically or statically. It should be tested launching from an itch install.

This will probably be closed in a branch of this fork before being contributed upstream, because I'm making my own new github workflow for release builds and it's pretty messy for now.
