Instead of redownloading DAYMET everytime check to see if we have the files on system

Start and finish script to compute the EEMT Topo

We need to figure out how import the national dem into grass. Files can be found at http://daymet.ornl.gov/datasupport.html, at the bottom of the page.

The DAYMET data we currently have is just a text file. We need to figure out how to get the DEM GeoTiff also

We need to have a polished presentation by wednesday night.

I think if we actually get this shit done, we should have written reports to hand Tyson, Nirav, and Eric

The github wiki is still as it was before the final. We should take a look at updating it.

We need to finish the script with the mapcalcs to complete EEMT Traditional

We need to figure out a way to convert UTM to Lat/Long in the script. Once thats one I can link things and automate downloading DAYMET data

Get GRASS to run in command line so can run r.* commands
