Divide by 0 issue with fractions
The cardiovascular measurements "LV 122/0 to 18, RV 124/0 to 17" will cause a fraction with a 0 denominator to be returned, so this should be corrected to return two separate numbers, i.e. "122" and "0" and "124" and "0" instead of a fraction.
Detection of "one - half"
Currently "one" "-" "half" is not being detected as an English numeral fraction.
Fraction recognition is inconsistent and error-prone
Dates like 10/10/10 get parsed as a fraction 10/10 followed by a number 10.
Numbers in a string of forward-slash separated values like 136/66/7.2/-27/.3 can cause a number to be returned with a null numberType.
