In MPI-CUDA, array members in user-defined types result in errors. Test case test_user-defined-types5.c is a simple example demonstrating an error. User-defined types without array members works fine.

Changing the dimension of a test case for 3D reduction, test_12.c, to 2 results in the following error with the CUDA backend:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'thrust::system::system_error'
what(): invalid argument

The original 3D test case works.

Now the ROSE project is not available from the given website. Actually the website is not accessible any longer. Please give the updated ROSE install instructions.

Add an install target in CMake-generated Makefiles

Each component should be built independently with each other. For example, CUDA translator should not require CUDA toolkit and SDK.

Implement reduction.

test_mixed-dim3.c does not pass.

Write a manual on using the physis translator.

When I build with MPI-CUDA mode, it shows error:

In runtime, there is no file called inter_proc_comm_mpi.cc

test_cplusplus.cc does not work with MPI and MPI-CUDA.
