I have never had this problem before,
but the USB chip on the TangNano9k is really bad and very buggy on some systems
please try a few more times
PS: if the LED is blinking (1Hz) , than it is possible that only the check failed, not the write

i try with windows and gowin it succes and blinking but if the power off, and turn on again no blinking

you have to write into Flash, not SRAM Programm
