ERROR: what(): failed to read file: sample/chr1337.eds
I was expecting some help information?
% sopang
Started, using alphabet = "ACGTNUVISMEL<>:0123456789" (make sure it matches the input file!)
If the alphabet does not match the input file, undefined behavior occurs
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
what(): failed to read file: sample/chr1337.eds
Aborted (core dumped)
Needs better --help option
Please add better-h and --help support.
It should also return error code 0, not 1.
Add --version switch
Should behave like this to stdout:
% sopang --version
sopang 1.0
Please make a release
You can make a release here: https://github.com/MrAlexSee/sopang/releases
It's needed for brew & conda packaging.
Create a simple Makefile
Can you write a Makefile to help compile it?
Might need BOOST_DIR := xxxxxxx at the top.
