• fixing SQL injection vulnerabilities through out the project.
• converting the database API from the obsolete mysql_* to PDO
• fixing XSS and CSRF vulnerabilities
• removing the insecure md5 algo and replace with password_hash()
• updating the display of pages. Currently it is more like spaghetti code. It should be an MVC style

Are you able to assist and advise what location the files need to be copied too.
ie. Your Updated folder appears to be the recent site. Does this go into /opt/lampp/apache2.
and the sql folder go to the /opt/lampp/mysql?

While cloning and using this project, one gets an error with mysql_query( ). This is likely because the user is using a php version above 5.5.0 and mysql_query( ) has been deprecated.
