Enigma Public API - Limitations

Hi,

This is a very interesting project, well done!

My knowledge in shipping stuff is very limited but i wanted to try this out for ships in East Africa!

But while looking at Enigma pages, it says:

"Enigma’s Automated Manifest System (AMS) of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) records the contents of all shipping containers that are imported to the United States"

Which is an important limitation to add to README, am i right?
