This small feature could make the application much more uniform.

This could be used to log the contact message in a model for example.

This approach make the user that will reply the message easier!

I'm trying use the "BaseEmailFormMixin" instance to get emails from a contact form, but never get them, because there are a wrong statement to get an email list of MANAGERS in the 'recipient_list'

You can check the right statement from the django.core.email.email_managers and it should looks like this:
