[Not an Issue] fft and ifft functions take an axis parameter, more efficient than reshaping

Numpy uses row order bytes by default. when a reshape operation is done on an array, byte reordering ( changing into column major; order='F') can be costly in terms of memory ( a new contagious array is filled with the reordered elements) and execution speed.
Numpy's Fourier functions take an axis parameter. By default, the last axis(-1) is Fourier transformed with parameter (N; signal length) being cropped or padded along that axis. This might help when dealing with large number of trials.

ch. 11 problem

I would like to ask. In Ch.11, when I run this:

ax.set_zlabel('Power')
plt.title("3D representation of the Fourier transform")

I get the following error:

slice indices must be integers or None or have an index method

Perhaps there is come changes in Python 3?
