that means you didnt "install" everything correctly
extract everything in RF5fix into your RF5 install directory

to clue you in mono folder, BepInEx folder, winhttp.dll and doorstop_config.ini are needed

your RF5 install directory must look like something like this

Extracted all to installation directory.
Now my install directory just like above, and it did not work. And there is no log file in BepInEx dir.

Yeah I've disabled launcher and run the game multiple times.
But it seems didn't work, config and log didn't created.

Try restarting your computer after extracting the files from RF5Fix into your game folder. I was getting the same thing but after a restart it worked first try for some reason.
