BepinEx error & not generating configs about rf5fix HOT 8 CLOSED

Can you try disabling the launcher as shown in this picture? You could also try the latest build of BepInEx (#574 as of this post).

Edit: I'm also wondering if it's a Windows 7 issue, Min spec for Rune Factory 5 is Windows 8.1 but I don't think there's any technical reason it shouldn't work.

The launcher option was already disabled. I think at one point while I was troubleshooting, I had enabled Windows 7 compatibility mode for the .exe, so I disabled that, but no change. I also replaced the BepinEx build with the one you linked, and there's no change from it either. I might try fully reinstalling it soon and see if that fixes anything

Does this happen for both of you when you use an earlier release? Trying to narrow down if it was something that changed in later versions.

Neither the latest version downloaded from github nor that one u linked could work normally, the Bepinex even could not generate Bepinex.cfg!

You must transfer your data files from rf5fix to the data file runefactory5

Copying my plugins from the BepinEx/plugins into Rune Factory_5_Data/Plugins has solved my issue. All plugins are now working fine and configs have been generated in the BepinEx/config folder!

It's an odd fix, not sure why you would need to do that. But if it works then that's great. I'll close the issue now and refer people here if they run in to the same issue.
