Investigate why Sys.command does not work on windows
Windows was not working before this commit which switched from Sys.command() to ChildProcess.execSync()
But I have no idea why...
add-path command disabled
Error: Unable to process command '::add-path::/home/runner/.yarn/bin' successfully.
Error: The `add-path` command is disabled. Please upgrade to using Environment Files or opt into unsecure command execution by setting the `ACTIONS_ALLOW_UNSECURE_COMMANDS` environment variable to `true`. Create a `v1` major version tag
We should be able to use the latest "v1" version of this action without editing our workflow files each time.

Publish a new release
When using:
- uses: lix-pm/[email protected]I encounter this issue: #3
It's fixed on master branch, but still not available as a tag.
Currently, I must use:
- uses: lix-pm/setup-lix@master...which is a bad idea.
