I'm new with metagenomic analysis.
I'm trying to use SUPER-FOCUS for functional annotation, bhowever i can't join the final xls files in only one file for all my samples. I've downloaded the script of Edward labs join_output.py, however i find an ERROR: python join_output.py -d /home/pdigianv/ita_gre/Superfocus -o /home/pdigianv/ita_gre/Superfocus/pr.xlsx -v
Can't split: |Query: ['/home/pdigianv/ita_gre/no_grape_comb/flash/IC2_EF.extendedFrags.fastq']|
