First try to implement bioinformatics (search) algorithms. Programmed in Python 3.11.0 and following the PEP8 style guide. Software architecture is based on the MVC pattern. Please report bugs and errors via Issues tab.

Usage

  1. Open a terminal or command line.

  2. Install the requirements.

    pip3 install -r requirements.txt
  3. Navigate to the folder bioBuddy.

    cd user/Desktop/bioBuddy
  4. Run the main.py file with python3 interpreter.

    python3 main.py
