First, I used this network to train the kitti dataset, but I didn't get the results from the author's paper. What parameters are not adjusted?
Second, use kitti_test.py to get a picture of how the picture looks black and white, but it is indeed a three-channel picture.

I'm getting the correct original picture output, but the prediction picture is black and when I try multiplying by a value (like 255) I get very strangely color-tinted results. Any idea why this would be?

Thanks for posting this code, it has been very helpful. Maybe I missed it in the code. Have you tried to rescale the image pixels for better results?
