This may not be possible without removing possible support for MBN connections.
I don't know if WMIC lists MBN connections that are disabled, or if MBN
connections are listed at all in WMIC

solution uses FINDSTR to locate & ^ and %. any names that have 1 or more of
those are skipped.
"!" cannot be found with the rest of the unsupported characters. finding it
requires searching the string without delayed expansion. Names are scanned
first for "&" "^" and "%", then rescanned for "!"
